Heather began as a conversation for a remodel of a 1980s home built on a problematic foundation. When the structure proved too costly to repair, the decision was made to tear it down completely and rebuild. The result is a purpose-driven family home—modern, efficient, and designed to live beautifully on a valuable, tree-lined lot in Ashbrook.
Design Highlights:
Purposeful L-Shape Layout: Maximizes livability and creates a natural indoor-outdoor connection.
Preservation of Nature: The driveway was carefully positioned to preserve mature trees within the existing canopy.
Entertaining-Focused Design: An open, family-centered plan encourages gatherings and connection.
